NEW - Procedure for minor auto accidents

Starting March 3, 2011, Executive Decree No. 958, which specifies the correct procedure to deal with minor auto accidents in public thoroughfares, went into effect. The Decree defines minor accidents all colissions in which the vehiles involved can be moved by their drivers without the help of mechanics and in which nobody is hurt.
